What type of cars do you use?

The cars we use are:

  • Mercedes Clase-E.

Will my vehicle be shared or is it private?

All reservations are for private transfers and your party will be the vehicle`s only passengers. This means no queues, no waiting for other passengers to arrive and no additional stops.

Are your cars and drivers insured?

All our cars have insurance according to the EU regulations and this covers both its drivers and passengers.

Extra fees for credit card payments?

No, we never charge any additional fees for online credit card payment. The price you see is the price you pay.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?

Yes, your credit card details are not entered until the final step of the booking process at which point you will be redirected to the bank`s secured server and payment page. EliteTransfer never sees your credit card details nor are they stored in our system.

How much luggage is my group permitted?

Our standard luggage allowance is 1 bag or suitcase with a maximum combined size of 140cm (Height x Width x Length) per passenger.

Please ensure that you book a large enough vehicle to accommodate your group and luggage. If a large enough vehicle is not reserved you may be required to pay the cost of a second vehicle upon arrival.

I am bringging extra luggage, sports equipment or irregularly sized items

During booking process you will have the opportunity to indicate and arrange for any extra requirements your party may have. If you have special requirements not currently covered in our booking process please fill out a request. We can generally respond to your request within 1 working day.

Traveling with children?

The majority of our vehicles are adapted for child seats and during the booking process you will be given the opportunity to add child seats.

My group will be travelling with a baby buggy. Can you accommodate?

Yes, we can accommodate space for folding buggies and strollers. Children and infants count as 1 passenger when calculating vehicle size and are also permitted 1 piece of luggage (or folding buggy) plus a handbag.

With this in mind, if your luggage requirements exceed the limitations described in our luggage policy, please add the necessary extras or reserve a larger vehicle.

What if someone in my group is traveling with a wheelchair?

There is no additional cost for travelling with folder wheelchairs. Please ensure that you indicate this in the booking process.

If someone in your party is traveling with a battery operated wheelchair or mobility scooter, please fill out a request. We can generally respond to your request within 1 working day.

Will I be dropped-off and picked up directly from directly from my hotel or private address?

Yes. All our private transfers will deliver your group straight to your hotel or private address and will conveniently collect you from the same point for your return journey.

I will need a company invoice. Can you provide me with one after purchase?

Yes. Please contact our Customer Service and we can provide you with an EU VAT invoice.

Last minute booking?

We accepts all online bookings up until 24 hours before your planned transfer.


What do I need to bring?

You will need to bring a printed copy of your emailed Booking Voucher with you to present to the driver upon arrival. Drivers will need to keep a copy of your Booking Voucher for their records.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

Normally, your driver will be waiting for you at the reception hall of Malaga Airport Terminal 3. Alternatively, he could wait between the luggage hall and the arrival hall at Terminal 2 or in the arrival hall at Terminal 1 if this applies to your flight. He will be holding a sign with your name on it.

How long will the driver wait for my party at the established meeting point?

Your driver will be monitoring your flight arrival time and will wait up until 1 hour after your flight has landed. If a member of your party gets held up at baggage claim or customs, please send one of your group members to meet and advise the driver.

What if my flight is delayed?

All our drivers monitor your flight status to make sure you are collected on time, regardless of any minor delays your flight may experience.

My travel details have changed. Can I modify my transfer details?

Yes. You may make changes anytime up to 48 hours before your schedule transfer by contacting us.

Do I need to reconfirm my transfer?

No, we will take care of that for you. We confirm all transfers with our drivers before-hand. Just remember to bring a printed copy of your Booking Voucher and enjoy the ride!
